Better Dogs by Dave Briggs is dedicated to helping direct owners and prospective owners to impartial accurate training and information to help them have a better dog. With a passion for dogs and years of experience, I specialize in obedience, manners, reactivity, socialization, and integrating a new dog into the home. Our personalized approach guarantees peace of mind for dog owners, knowing their precious companions are in expert hands.

When we adopted our Akita diesel Dave was there every step of the way. he recommended a dog gate to enable diesel to see the front door but not be to close. this made a massive difference helping diesel to feel more safe and secure. Dave also spent time to help us build a relationship with diesel and gave us advice how to handle and walk diesel. he was always on the end of the phone if we needed any advice. adopting large breed dog isn't always easy but with Dave's support it was so much easier. diesel is settled now and spoilt rotten he sends his thanks to Dave for him training us to look after him.

Our cockerpoo buddy was anxious when meeting/ around other dogs this became a problem when out walking as other dogs approaching to say hello. He came behavioural.
